Dr. Alkhayal was the Honorary Consultant Urologist at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals and the head of the Urology Department at Benenden Hospital in Kent.

Dr Alkhayal was the first to use Hyaluronic acid penile fillers in the UAE and has successfully performed hundreds of these procedures in the last 5 years.

1. Penile Fillers

Mensfill penis enlargement injection is a fast, safe and effective method to achieve penile enlargement without surgery. This is achieved by injecting Special Hyaluronic acid fillers under the penile skin under Local anesthetic and with minimal downtime. Penis enlargement filler injections generally have a high patient satisfaction rate and superior results to surgery, particularly concerning the texture (not as soft as fat) and predictability of the result versus fat injections.

2. Dermal Fillers

Penile enlargement with the use of special dermal fillers: this results mainly in girth enhancement without enhancing the length or erection hardness. Achieving significant results in the same day. Top up injections may be required after 12-18 months due to absorption of the filler material. For those who prefer minimally invasive procedures to gain their ideal penis size, the injection method can provide optimal results. Advanced Surgical Penoplasty

A penoplasty is a surgical procedure that can increase the size of the penis by increasing either the length, girth (width) or both. To increase the length, an incision will be made above the base of the shaft. Through this we can partially release the penile suspensory ligament, thus allowing the shaft to be brought forward, thereby lengthening it externally by, typically, one to two inches (2.5cm-5cm). We usually adopt a modified advanced technique to prevent postoperative shortening of the ligament.

Effective Penis Enlargement

The penis enlargement injection treatment typically takes about 30 minutes on a walk-in-walk-out basis. Risks are lower than surgery and it is a reversible procedure. Penile fillers usually feels and looks natural and gives better aesthetic results than surgical lipofilling. Results last 12-18 months and top ups are usually required at 9-12 months or as required. For a smooth and even result we use special fillers and cannulas to apply the filler. Penis fillers if not injected professionally, will result in lumpy sub-optimal results.
